How We Work Differently:
✅ Pre-Visit Preparation: Send your medication list, past diagnoses, and blood results upfront so your appointment is focused and efficient.
✅ One Problem = 30 Minutes (K550): Dedicated time for a single concern (e.g., back pain or sinus issues).
✅ Multiple Concerns = More Time: We never rush. Additional ailments are billed at K275 per 15 minutes to ensure nothing is missed.
✅ Complex Cases = One Hour: Recommended for three or more concerns, long-standing issues, or second opinions.
The Value of Thorough Care:
A "quick fix" often leads to repeat visits. For example, a diabetic with shoulder pain requires an hour to review chronic control and kidney function, as the underlying disease often causes the new symptom. Our approach saves you money long-term by reducing "doctor-hopping," unnecessary travel abroad, and ensuring a better first-time diagnosis.
Note: Your 1-on-1 time is purely clinical. Admin and nursing care are separate and not add-on charges. 🤗
We are unapologetically thorough. It may seem more expensive upfront, but your peace of mind and long-term health are worth more than the cost of rushed, incomplete care. 😌

Extended Consultation with Dr Shabana Kauchali.

1. This is for clients with complex history and require consolidation of past treatments and records. This allows for indepth evaluation and tailormade solution.
2. Also for clients who's ailments are a mix of psychological stressors and require a mixture of clinical and psychological therapy.
3. Those struggle to communicate their needs or require more time to do so.
4. Those that need education and reassurances or counselling.
5. Poorly controlled diabetics who need slow explanation and detailed studying of their sugar charts and adjustment of their medication.
Please note:
* If an extended consultation exceeds 1 hour, K275 may be charged for each additional 15minutes.
* The timing of the consultation is PURELY your 1 on 1 time with Dr Shabana Kauchali and NOT the time taken for admin, vitals and discussions with our Nurse.
* Reduce your costs by bringing all your past medical records, medication, names and dosages, BP machines, Sugar machines, sugar test charts & absolutely everything you can think of. This fee applies only after Dr. Shabana Kauchali has completed an initial evaluation and prescribed ear wax softening preparation.

For New Patients (No prior evaluation):
* Initial consultation (30 min): K550
* Ear wax softening instructions provided
* Washout procedure (scheduled separately, usually after overnight preparation): K150
* Total: K700

For Existing Patients (Evaluation already done):
* Direct booking of washout procedure only: K150

Process:
* You first see Dr. Kauchali for a consultation (K550) to assess your ears and determine if wax softening is needed. Or if the ear problem is something completely unrelated.
* If appropriate, you will be scripted ear drops to use overnight (or as directed).

You then return for the washout procedure, which takes only a few minutes and costs K150.

Please note: The washout cannot be performed without a prior clinical assessment. This ensures your safety and avoids injury to the ear canal.

In-Clinic Observation & Safety Monitoring (2 Hours).
This fee covers the continuous clinical supervision and vital sign monitoring required during and after an iron infusion.
