1. This is for clients with complex history and require consolidation of past treatments and records. This allows for indepth evaluation and tailormade solution.
2. Also for clients who's ailments are a mix of psychological stressors and require a mixture of clinical and psychological therapy.
3. Those struggle to communicate their needs or require more time to do so.
4. Those that need education and reassurances or counselling.
5. Poorly controlled diabetics who need slow explanation and detailed studying of their sugar charts and adjustment of their medication.
Please note:
* If an extended consultation exceeds 1 hour, K250 may be charged for each additional 15minutes.
* The timing of the consultation is PURELY your 1 on 1 time with Dr Shabana Kauchali and NOT the time taken for admin, vitals and discussions with our Nurse.
* Reduce your costs by bringing all your past medical records, medication, names and dosages, BP machines, Sugar machines, sugar test charts & absolutely everything you can think of. If you can submit as much of this information prior to the consultation to FamilyCareLusaka@gmail.com, we can put the information in order prior to your consultation.
